By accessing or using PurelyMonitor, a product by PurelyWeb (purelyweb.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the service.

2. Description of Service

PurelyMonitor provides workforce tracking and intelligence tools, including attendance, task management, and AI-powered performance analysis.

3. Subscription and Billing

PurelyMonitor offers various pricing plans, including free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We provide a 30-day free trial for new companies to test our full feature set.

4. User Conduct

You are responsible for your own conduct and for any data entered into the service. You agree not to use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

5. Termination

PurelyWeb reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to PurelyMonitor at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
